Reasons for Running the System

There are many reasons a coach may want to pursue running the system, and there are many reasons why a coach may not want to run the system. I like to think that most of us fit into the first category even if we dont believe we can run it. Today I was thinking about the system and reasons why I have never used it before. Here are a few:
  1. Fear of failure
  2. Fear of losing
  3. Communiy not backing the program
  4. Second guessing myself
  5. Players not buying in

I think all of us would say that these are logical reasons why we do not run the system. But then I started thinking of reasons to actually do it. More to come...

Welcome
